This Refund Policy applies to every digital product and software application sold by Venditech LLC ("Venditech"), including SnapVowz, SnapRockz, SnapGamez, Gig Finder Pro, Eventra, CrowdsetZ, and Witzend Entertainment (collectively, the "Apps"). The same terms apply to every App, even though each App is purchased separately.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date for any Venditech App, for any reason. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will be evaluated at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email witzendroc@gmail.com with:
- The name of the App you purchased;
- Your order number or the email address used at checkout;
- The approximate date of purchase.
Because Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the merchant of record for all Venditech purchases, refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. You may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Each App is a Separate Purchase
Each Venditech App is sold separately. Refunding one App does not affect your access to or billing for any other App you have purchased. You may request a refund for one App while continuing to use others.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following cases:
- The 14-day window has passed;
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests across multiple purchases;
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions;
- The account has been suspended for breach of our Acceptable Use rules.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved quickly via a direct refund. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to all Venditech Apps.
